(Just because.) What is your favorite bit of LotR that didn't make it into the movies?

And on a more practical note, what is a good site for uploading things for others to download? For free, too. If i can convert .wmas to .mp3 files, i may plague you all with some of my music in the form of playlists. Have already got a Lykouleon/Raseleane one written down.
